CHARACTER:
(The characterisation is written by of the owner of Óda, Margaréta Baráth) There are just few mudis of whom you can hear that they are calm, but perhaps Óda may have this special feature that I would like to raise. Years ago, when I got to know the breed, I read a breed description that said, "They like to stay close to the owner, but they are not getting under feet even in the apartment, because they are hiding so they do not bother you, under the chair, under the bed and from there watching the owner. They are attached to the owners, but they are not pushy, if it is needed they are able to relax in one place for hours. But a silent call is enough and the mudi is there waiting for owner’s "command". And they are doing all these so enthusiastic that it's incredible." I do not mind that when it was decided to have a puppy I did not bring home the first puppy who came up to me. I can definitely declare that I found the one I was looking for. All in all, however, Óda's favourite activity is learning, she can learn any trick in seconds. But, of course, she loves to play, groom, spin, and besides these, she is blessed with excellent instincts. She is outstanding at different fields: at confirmation shows, in agility and as a family dog. |
